Requirements:
At least 1 year work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or Similar role.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally and warmly.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Assist visitors and employees with inquiries and provide accurate information.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
