The Job

Key Responsibilities:

•Source and identify high-quality finance and accounting candidates across various industries.

•Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.

•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial screening to offer negotiation.

•Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

•Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets, ensuring timely delivery of candidates.

•Stay updated on industry trends and market developments, particularly within the finance and accounting sectors in Japan.

The Profile

Key Requirements:

•At least 1 year of recruitment experience (experience in the Japan market is a plus).

•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.

•Motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.

•Fluency in English (Japanese language skills are a plus but not required).

Remote Work Requirements:

This is a remote work-from-home position.
