We welcome candidates from sales, customer service, operations, or other client‑facing roles who bring strong communication skills, personality, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help shape job descriptions
Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial conversations to assess skills, communication, and overall fit
Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and follow-ups
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future roles
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
Prior experience working with U. S. based clients and teams is preferred
Strong soft skills and natural ability to build rapport
Confident, engaging personality with the ability to carry on conversations professionally
Adaptable, coachable, and open to feedback
Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn new software and systems
Ability to learn new industries and understand different types of roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work full‑time, 9am to 5pm EST
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
