Role Overview
As our Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be an essential part of keeping our recruitment process smooth and efficient. You’ll ensure candidates have a great experience, new starters feel welcomed, and our recruitment systems are always up to date. You’ll also play a role in showcasing our company culture on social media, helping us attract the right people to Better.
Key Responsibilities
Screen candidates and identify the best fit for each role
Schedule and organise interviews efficiently
Send onboarding paperwork and track completion
Support a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new starters
Assist with posting content on social media to highlight company culture
Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and systems
Help create a positive and professional candidate experience throughout
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is essential
Proven experience screening candidates and assessing suitability for roles
Confident using ATS systems to manage candidates and track processes
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
