The Role To deliver exceptional recruitment service (effective, timely, and cost-efficient) to clients resulting in attracting, assessing, qualifying, and recruiting the right people, while in support of the recruitment plans designed by the TL/RUH. To represent the Staffhouse and the client company during recruitment campaigns To support/assist the account holders in meeting their clients’ manpower needs To coordinate with RS/TL and IT the posting of all job vacancies in all job portals, social network sites,  and newspapers (as required) as per clients’ needs To perform daily online searches to achieve the quantity and quality of CVs required for job interviews To conduct candidate screening through telephone, and scheduling of subsequent interviews, whether for face-to-face or skype interviews with clients To conduct all background and reference checks To prepare employment offers in consultations with hiring managers To ensure that confidentiality is always practiced in all aspects To complete all job offer documentation for proper turn-over to Processing Division To follow up acceptance of selected candidates Updates consolidated reports on a daily basis To source for possible candidates through field sourcing or job fairs, as required To support other teams as needed To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time Ideal Profile Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with 1-year relevant experience Knowledgeable in sourcing and making sound hiring recommendations Excellent in written and verbal communication Proactive and a self-starter Good Organizational and Problem-Solving skills Good Customer Service background for both internal and external clients What's on Offer?
