Your work follows a disciplined delivery context, moving from job brief to placement while maintaining strict compliance, WHS, and licensing verification standards.
This is not a passive support role; you operate with urgency to manage high-volume recruitment queues and fast-turnaround placements within clearly defined scopes.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have 1.5–2+ years agency recruitment experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or trades & labour.
Experience sourcing both blue-collar (e.g.
warehouse, forklift, production) and white-collar roles (e.g.
supervisors, engineers) within manufacturing environments.
Ability to recruit across a broad manufacturing scope (FMCG, food production, consumer goods, electronics, automotive, warehousing, etc.).
Strong experience using Linked In, job boards, and databases for high-volume sourcing.
Knowledge of WHS, site compliance, tickets, and licenses (e.g.
Forklift, EWP).
Background in fast-paced, high-volume agency recruitment.
Strong Signals Experience in labor hire / on-hire workforce models.
Understanding of industrial awards and site-based requirements.
Exposure to broad manufacturing environments (FMCG, food, warehousing, automotive, electronics, etc.).
Ability to recruit across both blue- and white-collar manufacturing roles.
Experience handling high-volume, shift-based recruitment cycles.
Familiarity with site tickets and licensing requirements (Forklift, EWP, etc.).

Perform reference checks and verify all compliance documentation and licenses.
Maintain accurate, real-time records within the CRM/ATS system.
Client Delivery & Coordination You partner with consultants to translate role requirements into successful placements through market insights and process management.
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer management.
Provide insights on candidate availability and salary expectations.
