A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process to attract, assess, and secure top talent aligned with an organization's staffing needs and culture. This role plays a critical part in building high-performing teams by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of related experience in recruitment (good to have with experience in IT or BPO)
Familiarity with sourcing techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize effectively.
A results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Willing to work onsite in Makati for training (2 to 4 weeks) and attend once a month onsite meeting.
