We’re looking for a detail‑driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a day‑shift schedule. This role is all about identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.
What You’ll Do
Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix
Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
Keep recruitment records updated in Hub Spot and Google Sheets
Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
Familiarity with E‑commerce or a strong interest to learn
Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, self‑motivated, and adaptable
Technical Requirements
A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor (or Mac equivalent)
A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed
A quiet, dedicated workspace
