That’s the only way that we can make it work for you.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Posting adverts to generate good responses. Source potential candidates through online channels (eg. social platforms and professional networks).Screening applications and candidates’ selection Shortlist candidates and present them to Talent Manager.Preparing CVs for submission to clients by formatting to our company standard template.Monitoring application status and coordinating activities of candidates.Maintaining candidate database.Tracking hiring metrics including the source of hire, fall out rate, and updating of recruitment tracker/report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Ensuring effective, efficient, and timely communication with applicants and internal stakeholders.Participating in team meetings, stakeholder meetings, and other meetings as required by the supervisor or manager.Ideal ProfileSkills required:You have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any other related course.You have at least 1 year of work experience in Recruitment or Sourcing but fresh graduates are highly encouraged.You have at least an internship at the Recruitment Department, an Agency with a high volume of hiring, or BPO Recruitment.You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.You have a keen attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.You have the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain calm under pressure Has experience processing both IT and Non-IT positions such as Nurses, Medical Representative, etc.You have excellent organizational ability, and strong interpersonal skills Values resilience, continuous improvement, learning and being a team player, and being open to change and striving to be better.You preferably are residing near Makati or flexible to travel.What's on Offer?Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceA role that offers a breadth of learning opportunitiesAttractive Salary & Benefits
