Responsibilities Source and engage linguists (translators, interpreters, reviewers, and specialists) across multiple language pairs Build and maintain pipelines for both high-volume and niche language requirements Use sourcing tools, job boards, and platforms like Linked In to identify passive candidates Conduct initial screening (experience, language proficiency, and fit)Partner with recruiters, project managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and databases Develop creative sourcing strategies for rare or hard-to-fill roles Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Minimum Qualifications Experience in sourcing or recruitment (BPO, multilingual, or localization experience is a plus)Familiarity with language-related roles (translation, interpretation, localization)Comfortable using sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Experience sourcing for rare or less common language pairs Background in the localization or language services industry Multilingual ability
