As a Relationship Manager, you will build strong relationships, seed ideas for solutions, and provide critical input to advise business decisions.

The role offers an opportunity to work with and lead high-performing teams dedicated to solving ADB's challenges.

This will be achieved by bringing people across the GHD enterprise with the appropriate best skills to bring about innovative solutions that enhance our strategic growth initiatives.

With that, the end goal is to identify growth opportunities and share GHD's best practices to help ADB achieve their goals, continuously improve client relationships, experiences, and delivery while achieving growth and profitability targets across the APAC region.

Responsibilities: Develops and implements short to medium term Key Client growth plan using CX tools, focusing on client experiences across the 5 phases of the client journey, and considering relevant client organization issues.

Builds an intentional network between GHD (across regions and business groups) and relevant ADB staff by establishing a strong and long-term business relationships with ADB decision makers, influencers, and emerging leaders.

Drives financial targets by setting ambitious goals and proactively supervising data to advise investment decisions, achieve growth targets in sole-source, value-add & client-initiated variations, and improve proposal win rates.

Utilizes an understanding of the ADBs business and preferences, industry, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and deliver value-added solutions, while proactively sharing insights, thought leadership, and best practices.

Effectively resolves complex client issues, taking ownership and collaborating with internal teams to provide timely and effective resolutions.

Monitors and seeks to improve client satisfaction across GHDs Clients' Voice framework ( 80% across all quantitative metrics), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to provide flawless and coordinated experiences for clients.

Plays a leadership role in developing, managing, and updating a forward-looking cross regional opportunity pipeline and participates in project acquisition activities, providing guidance on client preference and acting as the ADB client representative at Tender Review Groups (TRGs) as appropriate.

What you will bring to the team: Minimum 8 years of experience in a client management or business development discipline or related client-facing role with demonstrated ability to work in complex, multifaceted environments.

Knowledgeable on the nature of consulting work usually procured by ADB and familiar with ADB's organization, policies, systems, and procedures.

Existing network with ADB project officers is an advantage.

Successful experience in forming strong and collaborative relationships with clients and internal team members across a broad geographical reach, bringing understanding of the challenge of change across large businesses.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

A proactive and responsive communicator, actively responding to requests, advice information, and instructions in a proactive and timely manner backed by excellent written and verbal communication skills across a broader range of audiences and personas.

High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail to synthesise insights and information that support business decisions.

Proficient knowledge of MS office suites and CRM technology (Salesforce).

This job offer can be based either in Makati or Quezon City office, depending on your home base/location.
