In this role, you will drive equipment safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence by implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies that reduce downtime and improve plant performance.## **What You’ll Do*** Lead the plant reliability strategy to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.* Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs across all assets.* Monitor and improve key reliability KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance, and breakdown reduction.* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.* Optimize maintenance plans using reliability tools and methodologies (RCM, RCA, etc.).* Partner with Operations to drive continuous improvement and asset performance.* Lead and develop reliability and maintenance teams across the facility.## ## ## ## **What We’re Looking For*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.* 6+ years' experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management within manufacturing.* Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.* Experience analyzing and improving reliability KPIs.* Proven leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.## ## ## ## **What Will Set You Apart*** Experience implementing RCM, RCA, or asset management strategies.* Background in continuous improvement and downtime reduction.* Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.* Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive proactive maintenance culture.#LI-SN1 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
