Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Specialist located in Naga. The Retail Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on products to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include demonstrating strong knowledge of the product catalog, managing sales processes, addressing customer queries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional retail environment. Qualifications
Proficiency in Retail Sales and a strong understanding of Product Knowledge
Expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering outstanding Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in retail or sales are an advantage
