Position: Retail Supervisor
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 30,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Sat (Half Day)
Work Set up: On site

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or any related course.
At least 1 year experience in retail management.

Responsibilities:
Supervise, train and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
Maintain accurate costs and sales information, brand standards within presentations and services and overall client satisfaction ratings for all team members.
Monitors stock levels with sales team and proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implementing purchasing plans and contacts with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
