Position: Talent Development Specialist (Trainer)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Taguig
Salary: Php 48,000.00
Schedule: 11 PM-8 AM
Work Set up: On site

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Human Resource or Psychology
Retail or customer-facing sales experience
Two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position

Responsibilities:
Track and compile collected data for training reports
Communicate training needs and online resources
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
Test and review created training materials
Instruct team members through training and onboarding
Conduct training through new materials and review employee performance and learning
Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
