Hiring: Customer Success Specialist - REMOTE SETUP

Position Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the company's products and services after training is provided and expected to continuously be up-to-date with all new updates and features for the products.

• Provide a detailed walkthrough of the product with customers to assist them with implementation and to educate them about the product's benefits.

• In addition, Customer Success Specialist coordinates with internal teams to access additional resources and facilitate the solutions and tools needed by customers. Delivers customer feedback as a voice of the customer to internal teams identifying customer needs, ideas, and challenges. Advocates for solutions, product enhancements, and other actions to meet the needs of customers.

• Resolve and/or escalate onboarding issues with urgency

• Must involve in the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding through the duration of their subscription period.

• Identify trends and assesses opportunities to improve processes and execution

• Must be willing to do other tasks of the Operations department as and when required

• Ensures that onboarding processes are precisely executed to build a strong customer relationship foundation.

• Being a Customer Onboarding Specialist utilizes extensive product knowledge, problem-solving skills and training to enhance customer engagements and achieve successful outcomes


Qualifications

• At least 1+ years experience in user support or customer Success

• Excellent customer-facing skills including written and verbal communications

• Strong organizational and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail

• Driven and highly motivated to ensure customer success

• SaaS product experience preferred

• Experience with US based customers

• Ability to work US shift


Work Time

• Schedule - 9.30am PST to 6.30pm PST - Remote

• Employment Type: Full-time

• 5 Days Working

• Immediate joiners required

• Base pay (Php 20,000-24,500)
