First Circle is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Sales experience is a big bonus but not essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by reaching out to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the Philippines and offering our innovative financing solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and building lasting relationships with clients.
First Circle, founded in 2016, offers SME financing and is dedicated to building smart banking solutions for businesses.

Responsibilities Conduct outreach to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
Identify and qualify leads by understanding clients’ needs and presenting tailored financing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead and other team members to develop effective sales strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Requirements Nice to have: Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
Benefits We pay the highest commission rates in the market.
Top performing sales people earn PHP100-200k per month, on a basic package of PHP33k cash and PHP10k additional benefits.
Additional benefits include HMO health insurance, catered lunches, Mac Books, monthly fitness allowance, all provided.
Hybrid work set-up: 2 days per week in BGC office, 3 days remote.
