Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.

Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays.

Restock shelves and manage inventory levels.

The Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a B2 B Sales / Account Executive or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry, Retail and Electronics industry.

You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
