MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-College graduate with a formal degree on Business Administration (or similar)
-With at least 1 year work experience related to sales and retail operations
-With the ability to speak and write in English
-With the ability to use Google, Yahoo, or Outlook email
-With good mastery of Microsoft Office, Mobile Applications, and other programs or applications related to business communication
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Filing of Proforma Invoice for local orders.
2.Preparation and filing of Delivery Receipts for local orders.
3.Coordinate with clients regarding permits or other delivery requirements.
4.Coordinate with showroom for any sales related concerns which need to be transmitted to the factory.
5.Prepare and send by email product quotations to clients when necessary.
6.Follow-up through telephone, SMS, or email previously sent quotations to clients when necessary.
7.Prepare and monitor accounts receivable for local orders.
8.Prepare and forward Billing Advise document to customers.
9.Follow-up local receivables with customers.
10.Visit showroom as needed to update work progress of Sales Designers.

SALARY: Php 18,000
