As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines to support outbound business development efforts across Western and global time zones.
The role will focus on engaging B2 B prospects internationally and helping generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
About the Role This role is focused on outbound B2 B prospecting and lead generation.
The SDR will engage prospective clients primarily through phone calls, but also via email outreach, Linked In communication, and other business development activities to book qualified opportunities for the sales team.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with business stakeholders, highly organized, and comfortable working in an international environment.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, consistency, and job stability are important for success in this position.
This role is well-suited to candidates with 2–3+ years of experience in SDR, telemarketing, inside sales, business development, or client-facing outbound sales roles.
Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting activities targeting B2 B clients across international markets Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients in Western and global time zones Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team Build and maintain prospect pipelines using CRM systems and sales tools Research companies, industries, and decision-makers prior to outreach Follow structured outreach sequences through calls, emails, and Linked In Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in CRM platforms Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to support revenue generation goals Consistently meet outreach, activity, and pipeline KPIs Represent EER professionally in all client interactions Requirements2–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or similar outbound B2 B roles Experience making outbound calls to international or Western-market clients is a must.
