Job Description 1.Production: achievement of quota Contact leads consistently, at least call 10 prospects per day Meet 3 clients per week Present the project and its features, advantages, benefits, and handle objections Take interest in the client, understand their needs and their language to establish good relations and trust.This can help on what buttons to press in selling the product to them. Do follow up meeting twice a week 2.Prospecting: increase network and getting referrals Getting leads form personal network Create or participate in prospecting opportunities Connect with banks and other institutions to expand network Continually asking for referrals from current clients 3.Build strong relationship with brokers to contribute 25% of total quota Establish good relationship and rapport with brokers Accredit 5 brokers per month Conduct BLS (Brokers Learning Session) monthly 4.Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
