Job Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the construction industry (residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects)Promote and sell construction products such as cement, aggregates, waterproofing solutions, adhesives, sealants, coatings, and other building materials Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and distributors Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and site visits Prepare quotations, proposals, and bid documents in coordination with internal teams Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share within the territory Monitor project pipelines and track upcoming construction activities Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends Job Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or building products Strong understanding of the construction industry and project sales cycles Good network with contractors, developers, and consultants is an advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure
