Role Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Sales Finance & Insights Analyst to support our revenue operations, financial governance, and cross‑functional alignment across regional business units. This role partners closely with Sales, Delivery, Project Accounting, and Finance to ensure accurate project activation, data consistency, and timely financial insights that support leadership decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Support project activation processes by coordinating required documentation, verifying financial inputs, and ensuring accuracy across internal systems.
Validate financial and operational data to support revenue forecasting, staffing decisions, and commercial approvals.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Accounting, and Operations) to maintain alignment on project and revenue status.
Assist in preparing and reviewing financial summaries, variance explanations, and operational insights for internal stakeholders.
Maintain clear and timely communication with regional stakeholders regarding project updates, financial clarifications, and data‑related inquiries.
Contribute to the improvement of operational processes by suggesting efficiencies and reinforcing data accuracy standards.
Required Profile
1–3 years of experience in Financial Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and detect inconsistencies.
Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with operational, technical, and commercial teams.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
English: Conversational proficiency required — able to participate in meetings, read documentation, and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple workstreams.
