Job Information & Key Result Areas:
The Sales Manager leads and manages the Sales department, focusing on driving sales performance and achieving growth targets. This role requires active leadership, alignment with HDI’s mission and values, and effective execution of sales strategies. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales growth, managing resources, and developing staff competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Strategy:

Develop annual sales plans, strategies, and budgets to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Manage account relationships, ensuring the retention of existing clients and the generation of new prospects.

Set sales quotas and closely monitor progress towards targets.

Collaborate with Finance to manage receivables.

Staff Management & Development:

Provide guidance to improve sales performance.

Develop staff training programs and conduct performance reviews.

Conduct coaching sessions and set performance improvement plans.

Reporting & Meetings:

Prepare regular reports (sales bookings, revenue, projections, etc.).

Conduct weekly sales meetings to review bookings, revenue, and project pipelines.

Coordination & Communication:

Collaborate with support departments and external stakeholders to enhance service levels.

Address inter-departmental issues and ensure coordination for optimal performance.

Performance & Compliance:

Monitor the adherence to systems, policies, and procedures.

Evaluate staff performance based on KPIs and provide feedback.

Recommend personnel actions when necessary.

Competency Requirements:
Knowledge:

Expertise in sales strategies, customer service, and product knowledge in the OOH advertising industry.

Strong understanding of administrative processes and numerical analysis.

Skills:

Organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage people, projects, and resources.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business-related technologies.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
