Summary of Role We are seeking a versatile and highly adaptable Sales Operations Specialist to manage a multi-functional role supporting internal revenue operations, client services, and infrastructure projects.
This position is designed for a proactive "utility player" who can navigate shifting weekly priorities across Hub Spot and Salesforce while driving operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Internal Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) (60%)Manage pre-sales contract processing and Rev Ops workflows.
Perform light Hub Spot CRM admin/data hygiene.
Identify/resolve bottlenecks in the internal lead-to-contract cycle.
Internal Infrastructure Project Management (10-20%)Coordinate an upcoming compliance certification process (approx.
2–3 hours/week).
Track milestones, document progress, and ensure short-term certification goals are met.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders for compliance.
Client Rev Ops & SFDC Administration (20-30%)Provide project-based Salesforce (SFDC) admin support (user management, reports, dashboards) for clients.
Support the SFDC practice lead with client-facing operational tasks.
Qualifications:2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Project Management.
Required: Hubspot, Salesforce (SFDC) experience.
Proven ability to manage short-term technical/compliance-related projects.
Exceptional organization/detail-orientation to manage multiple workstreams.
