My responsibility as a Sales Representative is to generate sales, build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction in the wholesale market, which contributes to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cold calling and emailing:
o Calling new people and telling them about our company and what makes us special
o Getting accurate emails of the prospect to update about anything new to remind them
about us
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
o Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
o Provide personalized service to meet client needs.
o Making sure to email every follow-up on special occasions
3. Sales Process:
o Handle inquiries, quotes, and orders from clients.
o Delivery schedules with customers.
o Process orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales
