Job Overview : Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Representative to join our online sales team. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to them through various online channels, guiding them through the sales process. Your goal is to generate new leads, converts prospects into customers and contribute to the overall growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential customers and leads through online platforms and social media, industry forums and other relevant sources.
• Build and maintain database of potential clients for outreach.
• Initiate contact with potential customers via email, social media, chat, or other online communication methods.
• Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide necessary information to prospects.
• Understand the needs and requirements of potential customers and tailor product presentations accordingly.
• Guide prospects through the sales process, addressing any concern and objections they might have.
• Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and product information to interested customers.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationship and move them through sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceeds monthly and quarterly targets and goals as set by the company.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as Sales Representative or similar role preferably in an online or remote setting.
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities.
• Familiarity with online sales tools and platforms.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industries.
• Time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
