Makes sure each team member attains individual monthly target
Makes sure team attains the quarterly and annual team sales target
Trains and develops competitive sales executives
Approves unit costing computation and quotations
Makes sure that client details are properly recorded
Makes sure that all client financing documents / bid documents are complete before submission
Approves and reports monthly team pipeline and consummated reports
Makes sure that team has no floating accounting transactions
Develops a sales team strategy to maximize team efficiency
Builds and maintains client relations
Mastery of product line
Monitoring collection of payment for units and end-users
Qualification:
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
With at least 1-year of working experience in sales
People-oriented, highly dynamic, and determined
Must have a good customer service orientation
Candidates with experience in the automotive industry have an advantage
Able to drive both two and four-wheeled vehicles is an advantage
Salary: Monthly rate + commission
