The Role As Live Payments scales, we’re building a sales engine that allows our Infield Business Development Managers (BDMs) to spend more time where it matters most — selling and building relationships.
The Sales Support role is a critical enabler of that growth.
Reporting into one of our BDMs and working closely with our customer onboarding teams, you’ll play a hands-on role in progressing applications, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring merchants get to their first transaction faster.
This is not a passive admin role.
This is a high-impact support role in a performance-driven sales environment, where outcomes matter and your work directly influences revenue.
You’ll be joining a team that: Works collaboratively and holds each other accountable Values ownership, follow-through, and proactive communication Treats Sales Support as a sales enabler, not “just admin” The impact you will have: Enable BDMs to spend more time selling by owning the post-sale follow-up process Chase outstanding customer documentation and incomplete applications Proactively follow up stalled or delayed applications to keep deals moving Liaise with internal teams such as onboarding and Merchant Security, as well as external service providers to progress applications efficiently Support Infield BDMs with administration, scheduling, and customer follow-ups Assist with wholesale referral programs through accurate reporting and communication Identify common delays or bottlenecks and flag them early Utilize Zoho CRM to maintain accurate CRM records, application notes, and tracking About You You’re organized, proactive, and reliable.
