What You'll Do: Own the entire enterprise sales cycle, from identifying targeted accounts to successfully closing business opportunities across various industry sectors in APAC. Proactively prospect and identify leads, leveraging your personal networks and collaborating closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Inside Sales. Research target accounts, pinpointing key stakeholders and generating interest through industry events and your professional network. Deeply understand customer challenges and goals, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Deliver impactful in-person and online demonstrations to prospective clients. Lead all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization, strategic and financial assessment, transaction structuring, and negotiation. Become a subject matter expert for Onfido within your target industry sectors. What You'll Bring: A proven track record of selling software or AI technology at C-level in the Philippines market. Solid experience in a quota-carrying software or technology closing sales role, with a consistent history of achieving against targets. Success in a fast-paced and competitive market, with full ownership of managing and executing the end-to-end sales process. Experience managing complex sales cycles, adept at navigating large enterprise organizations as well as mid-market accounts. A disciplined, methodical, and process-driven sales approach, demonstrating strong time and resource management, sound opportunity qualification, and sharp business acumen. A strong desire for success and a goal-oriented, team-player mentality. The adaptability required to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, establishing credibility with both internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional listening and presentation skills.
