FB, Linked In and internal channels Add graphics, animations, captions, and music to enhance our storytelling Repurpose existing video content into shorter, platform-optimised formats e.g., Instagram Reels Social media content creation Develop visually appealing graphics and short-form videos for social media posts, stories, and potentially paid ads Assist in brainstorming creative concepts for campaigns and social media series Optimise content for platform-specific requirements Collaborate and coordinate Work closely with the comms team to understand our projects, needs, timelines (often quick turnarounds) and creative direction Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on content to meet quality standards Proactive and engaged in the team (high touch) including attending regular meetings Asset management Organise and manage media assets, ensuring all files are properly labeled and stored in our shared folders Trend monitoring Stay updated on digital content trends, platform changes, and new tools to keep content fresh and engaging Propose new ideas and innovations to elevate our digital presence JOIN CONNECTOS NOW!
