Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Achievement & Strategy
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as directed by the Vice President for Sales.
Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Drive sales growth across multiple channels, including Dealers, Wholesalers, Key Accounts, and Online platforms.
Channel & Account Management
Conduct regular sales visits and cold calls to generate new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, securing repeat orders, and forecasting customer demand at least one quarter ahead.
Identify and onboard new accounts, distributors, and partners in line with the company’s business strategy.
Implement tailored sales programs to capture B2 B projects and high-volume orders.
Customer & Market Engagement
Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account details promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, providing solutions, and recommending improvements to management.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to recommend adjustments in sales approach.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper product knowledge transfer and seamless integration with customer requirements.
Submit timely reports to management covering sales performance, pipeline updates, competitor activities, and account development progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or B2 B sales (preferably in IT, electronics, or office equipment and Printing industry).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing channel networks.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast demand and identify growth opportunities.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
