What You'll Bring: At least 2 years of experience in a rigorous sales analyst environment, preferably within Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity. Strong analytical and quantitative skills for ad-hoc analysis, trend identification, anomaly detection, sales forecasting, and dashboard management. Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels within Trans Union. High proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and similar tools; familiarity with Tableau, Salesforce, and other sales optimization tools is advantageous. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines. Impact You'll Make: Sales Operations & Pipeline Management: Oversee and optimize the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Continuously improve sales methodologies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Sales Time & Motion Study: Conduct process improvements on the deal lifecycle. Salesforce Management: Regularly update Salesforce to accurately reflect business activities, including Salesforce governance, aging, and stale opportunity management, on a quarterly and yearly basis. Sales Forecasting & Analysis: Develop sales forecasts and provide insights to support business decisions. Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to address gaps and leverage growth opportunities. Manage revenue and cost forecasts for the sales team. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and operations to align sales strategies with business objectives. Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Establish reporting mechanisms, track performance, and provide regular updates to senior management through dashboards. Incentive Design & Execution: Collaborate with the CRO and HR to design and implement sales incentive plans aligned with international sales strategies. Client Engagement Activities: Drive activities such as customer satisfaction surveys and client broadcasts, working closely with sales and marketing teams. Global Collaboration & Initiatives: Liaise with the Global Sales Ops team to promote initiatives like thematic selling and share shift programs. Sales Automation Plan: Contribute to the Smart Distribution strategy as part of rural/mass market engagement efforts.
