Purpose of the job:
We are looking for a driven, smart, and goal-oriented Senior Account Manager to join our team. The candidate should be able to write good briefs, run an account, add value, and build a strong partnership with the client.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Assists in managing and coordinating online and offline projects – from initial planning through on-time launch
Ensures timely and accurate (bug‑free) delivery of projects to the client servicing team
Provides assistance assembling creative briefs, by conducting marketing/consumer research
Compiles data and information from multiple sources to create reports
Assists analyst in collating and synthesizing data from research tools
Liaises with clients to obtain assets and other materials, as needed for specific projects
Assists in the creation of project planning and scheduling documentation
Assists with the creation of cost estimates and timelines
Actively helps manage project schedules by liaising between the client servicing team and other departments.
Continually helps maintain the team’s focus on project objectives
Works with project management to facilitate the clarification of functional requirements and project objectives
Assists in the execution of quality assurance and testing plans for all projects
Follow‑ups on Post Campaign/Project reporting and closure.
Supports Account Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
Works collaboratively across Dentsu and across networks as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu
Project manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget
Reviews plan to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working
Effectively led and motivate internal team to produce best‑in‑class work
Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Business, Marketing or related fields.
Prior working experience in account management in an advertising or marketing agency or related company would be advantageous
Demonstrated track record of client relationship service
Excellent written and verbal communications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Project
Core Competencies
Strong interest and high‑level understanding of media and the latest ad technology
Extremely detail‑oriented
Ability to multi‑task and handle numerous projects simultaneously
Works well under pressure and within timeline constraints
Motivated and self‑starter
Works well individually and in a team setting
Up‑to‑date on relevant digital trends and innovations
