Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Tax Associate to join their dynamic team. Position Responsibilities Prepare and review a variety of tax returns, including Forms 1065, 1120, 1120 S, and 1040. Support client engagements by applying strong technical tax and accounting knowledge. Assist in tax planning, strategy, and consultation for real estate-focused clients. Collaborate with senior team members and participate in Retail, Franchise, and Hospitality-related compliance and advisory work. Engage in firm-wide learning opportunities, including training sessions, mentorship programs, and networking events. Work directly with Senior Leadership to grow your expertise and build client service experience. Qualifications Amenable to work night shift: 8: O0 PM - 5:00 AM PHT. Shifting Schedule (depending on business/client needs)Hybrid Set up (2 days onsite, 3 days work from home) either in Clark or Makati Site. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA track is a plus).1–2 years of experience in public accounting or a tax-focused role. Exposure to preparing business and individual tax returns is highly preferred. Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills. Excellent communication—both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow within a supportive, high-performing team.
