Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
Required Skills:
Graduate of college degree.
Minimum of eight years’ experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of successful managing customers and distributors.
Strong knowledge of industrial market segments like mining, cement, chemical, energy… including pool of contact to the key players in the Philippines.
Sales experience of polymer-based products for industrial use is an added value
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and ability to ensure compliance.
