As an SAP Consultant, you’ll provide technical expertise to end-users of different SAP modules while ensuring that concise information are communicated to guarantee successful project implementation. Company Profile: Our client is a Japan-headquartered company that develops digitally creative software and has six branches in four countries (Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Philippines). They are a SAP partner business that focuses on assisting clients in Japan with the successful implementation of various SAP modules. They are currently ramping up their technical team in the Philippines as they plan to rapidly grow to keep up with current demands. They are seeking a SAP Consultant who would collaborate with their consultants situated in Vietnam and offer subject matter knowledge for various SAP modules. Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide subject matter expertise in SAP and the modules indicated in the qualifications o Configuring customized ERP solutions. o System integration between ERP and peripheral(existing) systems. o Design and execute System Integration Tests(SIT) and support User Acceptance Test(UAT). o Providing ERP end-user training and technical support. • Provide technical expertise across SAP and those modules and ensure that they are communicated accurately and comprehensively by Philippines, Japan, or Vietnam-based consultants o Creating ERP implementing specification. o Monitoring and managing ERP implementation progress • Identify and close information gaps during the business analysis and migration process. o Supporting Master data (Customer, Supplier, Products, Material) creation o Supporting Developer teams when needed regarding user requirement and function customization • Work with the Company's business analysts and the project management team. • Ensure a successful project implementation for the clients. • Performing other tasks as assigned by Manager Requirements • Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology graduates or comparable experience • At least 2-3 years of experience as using SAP products as an end user or as a consultant. • Experience as an SAP key-user and extensive business experience • Excellent English communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and foreign counterparts • Detail-oriented, proactive with a knack in problem-solving • Good Microsoft office skill • Strong interpersonal skills, good team player. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • SAP Functional expert for one or more of the following SAP modules: o PP o PS o CO o FI o MM o SD Job Type: Permanent Emp Type: Full-time Location: Work From Home Industry: Information Technology Expertise: SAP
