Extensive hands-on experience using Adobe Experience Cloud tools is a PLUS Hands-On Experience: Knowledge and understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products, features, capabilities, and best practices.

This includes proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and other related products.

Qualifications 1-3 years experience working in omnichannel call center, ideally for tech company Technical Writing Skills: Strong writing skills to create clear, concise, and accurate certification exam questions, study guides, user manuals, and other written materials.

Attention to detail and adherence to style guidelines are crucial.

Communication Skills (English): Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including beginners and advanced users
