Job Description: Lead a team of medical coders providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure high quality work while promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Manage medical coding projects.

Conduct client's medical coding reviews and audit to identify coding errors and areas of improvement.

Provide recommendations and updates as needed.

Develop and document QA processes specific to coding ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Communicate medical coding issues with the appropriate team and identify solutions to coding issues and discrepancies.

Collaborate with other teams and managers to ensure integration of coding processes to improve overall billing efficiency and accuracy.

Performs special projects and other duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications: Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal) Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in coding and billing Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills Ability to work with and maintain confidential information Willing to work in shifting schedules, Mondays to Fridays Has reliable internet at home Able to Work From Home
