About the Team The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products and drive for increase in traffic and GMV.

What I will be doing:1.

Leading overall Search Operations team for ID and PH site, responsible for overall project delivery & execution for all key pillars which includes R&T, Model Data, Evaluation & Investigation and E-Commerce.2.

Responsible to drive policy, process & strategy localization, continuously drive in house & BPO quality management, providing data analysis & insights along with policy recommendations to ensure productivity, quality & efficiency goals can be met.3.

Lead and manage resources in the team to accomplish operations and business goals by completing tasks as needed and maintaining the well-being of the team.

Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders such as central team, product, research & development teams to drive overall business/project performance.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of people management experience.- Experience in designing and implementing strategic initiatives in the team, including post-implementation monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications- Experience in RCA and project management is highly preferred.- Your ability to work in a high pace environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role and manage diverse stakeholders.- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.- Pay strong attention to details and the ability to work independently; possess good interpersonal skills; Trust & Safety is committed to the wellbeing of all our employees.
