Are you data-driven, detail-oriented, and great at turning numbers into action? We’re looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Planning Analyst to support our client and BPO operations with smart forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce optimization.

What You’ll Do:
Forecast workload & build staffing plans
Work with vendors to meet SLAs & KPIs
Analyze performance & optimize efficiency
Create reports, dashboards & what-if scenarios

What You Bring:
3+ years in WFM (BPO/contact center a plus)
Strong with WFM tools (NICE, Verint, IEX)
Excel/Power BI skills (SQL a bonus!)
Great communicator & problem-solver
