Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and/or financial accounting Strong experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)Advanced Excel and strong computer proficiency Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong multitasking and ability to work under pressure Experience in shared services or multinational environments Exposure to international and culturally diverse organizations
