Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-centric candidate that keeps diversity and inclusion at the forefront of everything they do.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Diversity, you’ll support Nasdaq's diversity pillar and drive the execution of strategic diversity initiatives.
You'll also have the opportunity to lead exciting new projects with vast growth and innovation potential.
What You’ll Do: Global DEI Budget Management: Own the global DEI budget, including tracking expenditures, handling budget requests and approvals, and planning the annual budget to ensure effective allocation of resources towards DEI initiatives.
DEI Communications: Support DEI communications efforts by preparing content, managing the global DEI mailbox, responding to information requests in a timely manner, and bringing up issues as appropriate to maintain open and effective communication channels.
Diversity Surveys: Take ownership for completing external client and general diversity surveys, such as the Bloomberg Index and Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index, to benchmark and improve our DEI practices.
DEI Impact Measurement and Reporting: Own the measurement of DEI impact and provide detailed reporting for both the People Team and ESG partners, showcasing the progress and efficiency of DEI initiatives.
Technical and Administrative Support: Assist with various technical and administrative tasks related to DEI projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth operation and implementation.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful: Bachelors Degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources Management, Marketing, or other related field At least 2-4 years of total professional experience, including at least 1 year specifically in Diversity and Inclusion, with a consistent record of supporting DEI programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information.
Proficient in using data to support ideas and report on the impact of DEI initiatives, demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
Capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
Strong project and program management skills, including developing and implementing plans and timelines to achieve DEI objectives.
Proficient experience with Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, enabling efficient management and presentation of DEI data and initiatives.
Amenable to working either mid or night shift throughout the work week and at least twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
