DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly close processes.
Addressing client inquiries and resolving accounting issues; offering strategic advice and insights based on financial data
Performing additional administrative or operational duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in US accounting/bookkeeping
Advanced Bookkeeping Skills
Experience in bookkeeping for Real Estate (Rentals, Flips, etc) is essential
Ability to work independently and quick learner
Passion for small businesses and their success
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
