Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to produce captivating content across various channels. Dive into copywriting for emails, landing pages, videos, and sales materials, all while establishing a consistent brand voice. Your insights will drive thought leadership materials, engaging social media content, and PR campaigns that resonate with small law firms. Must have 10 years of experience in copywriting 5+ years experience in a communications manager role for a technology company Pardot experience Solid and proven experience as a messaging visionary and content creator Understanding of metrics and how to use them to guide content creation Working knowledge Microsoft products and experience working with website and automation platform (Pardot) required WebFlow experience preferred but not required Legal industry experience preferred Strong collaborative, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including the ability to adapt communications to meet the needs of different audiences What awaits you in this role? Develop our communications strategy, aligned to our broader marketing and business strategies Marketing automation mapping, strategy and segmentation with advice of external consultant Create and execute dynamic and compelling email campaigns and journeys for clients and prospects using our automation platform Pardot. Also focusing on segmenting, email deliverability and A/B testing Create and publish engaging Social Media content across multiple channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and the Smokeball Community). Copywriting – Develop and edit content for email campaigns, landing pages, video scripts, website and sales materials Collaborate with the Graphic Designer & Marketing Manager to create exciting and innovative content Thought leadership materials – Work with marketing manager, designer and external comms resource to develop content for eBooks, whitepapers, surveys, infographics and weekly blog posts that drives awareness and engagement with small law firms Brand voice – Establish an overall consistent voice for all communications Collate, report and analyse social media analytics to drive improvements Have an understanding of SEO and keywords for content creation Collaborating with our external agency to develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies Proficiency in Canva to produce on-brand assets is a valuable skill Why choose us?
