Senior Engineer, Casino Systems Location: City of Dreams Manila Type: Full-time Posted: Yesterday Application Deadline: July 28, 2025 (30+ days left)Job Requisition ID: REQ11785 POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Engineer, Casino Systems, will possess a broad range of technical skills to bridge support and project gaps between infrastructure, IT application development teams, and corporate IT support. Responsibilities include daily application support, new project implementation, and lifecycle management of casino systems. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and provide Level 2 shared services support for complex enterprise casino systems across all MCE properties at various locations. Serve as the company's casino systems subject matter expert. Proactively review and enhance the knowledge base for standardization as needed. Conduct in-house technical training for Level 1, Level 1.5 support staff, and other IT personnel. Ensure timely and complete execution of tasks assigned to analysts. Identify potential issues and escalate to management. Gather data to maintain system profiles, master files, and dictionaries. Participate in resolving application problems and procedures, suggesting solutions. Respond to issues, questions, and requests related to Gaming Systems. Provide technical training to staff and end-users as required. Assist junior staff with project tasks, prioritization, and troubleshooting. Communicate with vendors, users, department heads, and project teams regarding issues and updates. QUALIFICATIONS: I. Experience1-2 years of relevant casino industry experience. Experience with slot systems. Exposure to casino and hotel integration. Experience in implementation, business process re-engineering, solution design, customization, integration, or support of casino applications. II. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant qualifications. III. Skills / Competencies Ability to monitor and assess project operational effectiveness to meet timelines, quality, and performance standards. Good knowledge of casino IT processes and procedures. Strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication with all user levels. Leadership skills and experience in 24x7 large operations support environment.
