Senior Financial Accountant Remote | Full-Time PHP 80,000 to PHP 90,000 per month
The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant to support the Financial Controller in delivering accurate financial and management reporting.
This role is responsible for month-end processes, financial reporting, tax compliance, and supporting business decision-making through timely and accurate analysis. You will also play a key role in improving systems, strengthening controls, and supporting the development of junior team members.

What You’ll Do
Financial & Month-End Reporting
Prepare month-end work files, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit requirements
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Management Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly management reports and support board reporting requirements
Assist in budgeting and reforecasting processes
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights to internal stakeholders
Tax Compliance
Support compliance with taxation requirements including BAS, FBT, payroll tax, and corporate tax
Liaise with external advisers to ensure timely lodgement of tax obligations
Systems, Controls & Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better use of systems and tools
Support the maintenance of strong internal controls to minimise business risks
Mentor and support junior finance team members
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes
Experience in management reporting and budgeting
Familiarity with tax compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Technical Requirement
Essential: Experience with Pronto ERP software
