We're on the look for a remote Production Designer to support our design team with day-today-production and ad-hoc design tasks.
This role is execution-focused, with opportunities for creative input, collaboration, and ownership, within established brand guides and systems, working under the direction of the Design Director and Senior Designers.
This role is perfectly suited for someone who can work independently while collaborating with the wider team of designers, marketers, and client stakeholders.
You'll sit at the intersection of Design, Marketing and Client Delivery, helping to bring ideas to life through thoughtful execution and strong creative problem-solving.
You'll work across a range of clients and industries, delivering design solutions for both digital and print, with a mindset of continuously improving how we use design and technology to create better outcomes for our clients.
While the role focuses on supporting senior designers, you'll be trusted with creative control and decision-making within established brand systems, style guides, and design frameworks.
This role is for someone who can manage tasks independently, contribute confidently within the team, and maintain a high standard of work.
You'll also assist with administrative and organisational tasks, support production workflows, and be receptive to feedback as part of a collaborative team Minimum Experience: Graphic & Digital Design: 5+ years Australian/UK/US Experience: 3+ years With exposure/previous experience in: B2 B Marketing: 5+ years Agency Experience: 3+ years The role includes: Execute design tasks from supplied, concepts, briefs, and mockups Prepare and supply print ready files, Including correct document setup, colour proofing and exporting Design and prepare assets for digital marketing, including social media, e DMs, Landing pages, Display ads etc.
