Experience as HR Generalist handling talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and learning and development Others: Good in English communication both oral and written Knowledge in computer operations and software applications such as Microsoft Windows/ Offices Has strong interpersonal skills Adept at problem-solving including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner Must have good analytical thinking skills Should be confident and able to think decision thoroughly even under pressure Has keen attention to details and accuracy Systematic/ organized and able to prioritize and handle multiple activities with competing deadlines Technical Competencies: Strategic Workforce Planning HR Metrics and Data Analysis Labor Law Compliance
