This role is responsible for designing, developing, and scaling high-performance mobile applications that power AI-driven healthcare and life sciences platforms. As a Senior Mobile Engineer – Flutter Developer, you will own end-to-end mobile architecture, ensure seamless integration with backend and AI services, and deliver secure, scalable, and production-grade mobile solutions used by healthcare professionals and enterprise clients globally.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Architect reusable, maintainable, and performant mobile application frameworks.
Collaborate closely with backend, AI, and frontend teams to integrate APIs, AI services, and real-time data systems.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility (i OS & Android).
Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior mobile developers.
Work with product and UX teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive mobile experiences.
Integrate analytics, monitoring, and crash-reporting tools to ensure reliability and observability.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards.
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of professional mobile development experience with at least 3+ years in Flutter.
Strong expertise in Dart, Flutter SDK, state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and real-time services (Web Sockets, Firebase, etc.).
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment (App Store & Play Store releases).
Strong understanding of secure mobile development practices.
Experience working in data-driven or AI-powered application environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and backend integration.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
